Hi! I’m Emma

I was one of those kids who read everything I could get my hands on. I thrived off the written word and the worlds that were woven within the stories I read. Now, as an adult, I still crave the stories but have struggled to find the perfect one I'm looking for. That holy grail of books I will return to again and again; alas, as no such tale has landed in my lap, I am choosing to create my own.

I use my interests in philosophy, sociology, psychology, and various other pursuits to build worlds and stories that draw you in with their fantastical scenarios and aching moral dilemmas. Or at least that is what I would pretentiously say if I had ever completed a story of my own. As I trek along on my own works, I am helping others bring theirs to life. I am an editor and ghostwriter for hire. I have had the opportunity to work on several projects with a small publishing house; Gift An Author Publishing, who I cannot recommend highly enough to any aspiring authors reading my blog.

I am thrilled to have been given amazing opportunities to work on some incredible projects. I have edited several full length novels in varying genres, have ghostwritten select chapters for a guided devotional and am currently ghostwriting my first full length children's novel. My next mission is to conquer the genres, no story shall be safe. I will diligently sniff out grammatical errors and loyally write to the author's voice in my endeavor to bring previously secluded stories to the light of day.

In the mean time, while I grow my client base and slug my way through my own works, I will be puttering along through life. This blog is the showcase of my growth as a person and my desperate yearning to capture those precious whispers of life. Who knows, maybe the story I end up coming back to again and again will be my own.
